Why are these free?

Because guessing is the real enemy. Most people blame the wrong food for years — cutting things they love while the actual trigger stays on the plate. The more people who test instead of guess, the better. If a free checklist fixes your week, wonderful. If you want the version that does the logging, timing and pattern-finding for you, that’s the app.

These tools share general information about food and digestion. They make no diagnoses and don’t replace medical advice — if your symptoms are severe, painful or persistent, please talk to a doctor.
